Product Detail
The VMC L1801 vertical machining center adopts an extra-wide base and box-shaped column design to strengthen the support of the saddle and worktable. All this helps the machine's accuracy won't be affected while heavy cutting.
The C-frame structure is made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron guarantee the rigidity of the entire machine and ensures that the machine will not be affected by thermal deformation after long time running. The Y-axis adopts 4 guide rails ensure a longer life and increase the heavy cutting capabilities.
VMC L1801 adopts excellent hand scraping technology to ensure the balanced load capacity of the contact surface and maintain the best assembly accuracy. In addition, the motor system of this machine uses an absolute servo motor encoder and a high-rigidity coupling, which greatly improves the response speed and transmission efficiency.
